crossroadhksatredA Window on the World

Silk Road Review features writing produced at various crossroads around the world.  Because we all start somewhere, “place” is the touchstone the magazine uses for the pieces we publish, but we operate with no narrow definition of that word.   If you think work is right for us, send it.   We are interested in fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and translations.

Every issue of Silk Road aims to present a gobal perspective.  Our main office is based in the U.S. (and thank you Pacific University in Oregon for backing this magazine and its mission), but the cyber world where we operate knows no fixed location.   Anyone from anywhere can enter into the conversation.    Just send us your work.

In 2010 we will begin publishing two print issues a year (spring and fall).    This is a great time to submit work.
